Appeal Information
The 2025 appeal window has opened. Assessments were published on Wednesday, August 6th in the Naperville Sun. You can find your 2025 assessment information on your property record card, by using the property search tool.
The Will County Board of Review recommends that you first consult with your township assessor regarding your assessment. Beginning August 6 through August 29, 2025, we will provide a link and instructions on how to submit a review request for your 2025 assessment through our website, which will impact taxes payable in 2026.
If you are not satisfied with the Assessor’s review outcome, the window to file a complaint with the Will County Board of Review is open August 6 to September 8, 2025. For more information regarding that appeal process, please visit: https://willcountysoa.com/AssessmentComplaintProcess
